Personalized Home Skin Care Regimen Instructions

AM

  1. Cleanse your face and neck with warm water and PURIFYING CLEANSER / REVALE FACIAL CLEANSER / COMPLETE CLEANSER.
  2. Apply small amount of CONDITIONING SOLUTION on a cotton ball and apply evenly to face. If uncomfortable stinging or redness occurs, dilute by slightly wetting the cotton ball prior to application of the CONDITIONING SOLUTION.
  3. Apply pea size amount of REDERMIC / POTENT C / ACTIVE C / PREVAGE / TNS RECOVERY COMPLEX  / DNA REPAIR evenly to all areas of face and neck.
  4. Apply a half of a pea size amount of HYRAPHASE EYES/ REDERMIC EYES/ACTIVE C EYES/ VIVITE EYES/MICROCIRCULATION THERAPY to ring finger, dab each under eye, then press gently across under eye.
  5. Apply ANTHELIOS/HIGH INTENSITY SPF 30/DAILY WEAR 20/SPF 60 evenly to all areas of face and neck.

PM

  1. Cleanse your face and neck as above.
  2. Condition as above.
  3. Place a pea sized drop of LUSTRA/HYDROQUINONE 4%/CLARIFYING CONCENTRATE and a pea sized drop of RENOVA on your palm and mix. Then apply evenly to all areas of face and neck (or spot treat areas of concern). Avoid your entire upper eyelids and your lower eyelids ½ inch from lash line. –OR- Use HQRA cream.
  4. Moisturize using HYDROACTIVE EMULSION / EXTRA MILD PROTECTION / HYDRAPHASE/ REVALE NIGHT CREAM/ BARRIER REPAIR/ EXTRA RICH MOISTURE/ ANTIOXIDANT REFOLIATOR.

* REDERMIC may be used in the PM if desired.

* If you become irritated, use HQRA cream less frequently. Try every other night. If still irritated or excessively dry use every third night until tolerated. Attempt to be able to tolerate nightly.

We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48-hour notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.
